                      President - Susan Harris - RN, MBA— My husband and I                             have resided in Eagles Ridge for the past 6 years and I am pleased to                           have this opportunity to serve as your President on our HOA Board of                           Directors.   I am the Director of Surgical, Bariatric, and Endoscopy                           Services at DeKalb Medical Center where I have been employed for                           the past 32 years.   Our Board has established goals that will keep us                           on task as we strive to serve you to the best of our ability.  We                                    encourage each and every resident to share your ideas with us and                              attend the homeowners meetings.

Vice President - Conrad Meertins -MBA— First, I would like to thank you for electing us as your Board of Directors. With the residents’ support, we are looking forward to working collaboratively to continue to improving and beautifies our community, residents input and involvement while proving detail accountability and outstanding service..

For the past seven years, Conrad Meertins has lived in the Eagles Ridge community.  As you’re newly elected Vice President, I have also served in other leadership roles in our community such as President and Treasurer of the Eagles Ridge Homeowners Association (HOA). Conrad lives with his wife Dr. Michelle Meertins, and their two sons.

Business Manager– Dwayne Roberts -BA— Greetings – I would like to thank the Eagles Ridge community for electing me to serve on your Board of Directors.   With the community’s support, our new Board will work with each of YOU to improve the quality of life for all.   With your involvement, I promise to conduct the business of our community in a transparent and conscientious manner.   For the past 20 years I have been  a resident of Dekalb County, and I have seen this area evolve.   For the past 6 years, I have lived in this great community of Eagles Ridge and as your new Business Manager, I have some big shoes to fill.  As a result, I am looking forward to meeting each you and asking for your help and input to ensure that our facilities are maintained in excellent operating conditions and that our grounds are safe for all to enjoy, while we strive to improve and beautify our community.   I have a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida.   I also possess 20+ years of experience in management and entrepreneurship.   My personal hobbies include gardening and landscaping.   I live in the community with my wife Carolyn, where on weekends we can be seen maintaining and actively improving our personal property inside and out.   I promise to pursue my personal motto in not settling for anything less than the best.   This means providing the residents of Eagles Ridge the best service possible as your Business Manager.   I will continue to focus on projects that enrich the lives of all residents and work closely with the other Board Members and our Management Company to execute the Covenant of our community.
